It was shortly thereafter that new information came into my possession about the state of the world, government and the economy. I can say - with a certainty - that this information came as an answer to lots of fasting and prayer. The words of Ether are so TRUE: "Wherefore, the Lord commandeth you, when ye shall see these things come among you that ye shall awake to a sense of your awful situation, because of this secret combination which shall be among you" Several years ago I prayed and fasted to know the truth of those things happening around me. Y'know - when I was a kid I thought that the reason why the foolish virgins had run out of oil is that they had kept their lamps on while they slept. I think that "virgin" is another mistranslation of "young woman", like the one in Isaiah. Seems like an appropriate Easter message.
