Oddly, Joseph Smith was involved with and started many secret societies. Freemasonry, council of fifty, the quorum of the anointed, polygamy, and the Danites were all secret societies that Joseph either started or was involved with.

Oddly, to the pagans, esp. the Romans, Christianity was a secret society, and an illegal cult. See Celsus’ arguments about the Christians. The Christians were “religius illicitus”. You and I are on the same page. It was LDSPatriot’s comment I was referring to. Just because the Taliban and CIA Asset Osama Benforgotton were hiding in mountains and caves somehow makes them a secret combination–give me a break. The black ops intelligence consort to use the muslims as the boogie man to scare everybody into relinquishing their rights is so obvious to those who aren’t set on the official government diatribe. Joseph Smith the founder of our Church exposes the vile dishonesty of the theives and crooks who call themselves our leaders. Anyone with any tidbit of intellectual honesty would do a thorough research into the Bush, Walker, Harriman and Rockefeller connections and how they have been war profiteering for over 100 years or more. The war on drugs is the same sham.

When I was in Brasil in the 80′s I was told by a member down there, who was quite wealthy, that the CIA was using the drug trade to fund their operations. I didn’t believe it and didn’t want to believe it. Many years since past and I finally started to do my own research into certain things that didn’t add up. Michael Ruppert, former LAPD, was one of the first to uncover the whole nefarious drug operation with the CIA. He has since left the country because his life has been threatened.

Now, I have a service business and have one particular client, who is a former Vietnam pilot, and now works for the
DEA and believes 9/11 was an inside job. He told me he has flown shipments of cocaine for the CIA into this country for sale and distribution. Why did he do it? and why did he not expose it? He was threatened with his life and he would also lose his pension.

Study the Iran/Contra affair and one will see how shady certain elements of our government is. While cheering for Iraq and arming them in their war against Iran in the 80′s, we were also arming Iran. Go figure. Also, we were shipping drugs into the US to further decay our society and make serious coin. A former Mossad agent here in Scottsdale wrote a book, By Way of Deception, and admitted the Mossad was sending Heroin to their guy in Panama who was Noriega’s partner. They made more money sending the drugs to America than to Europe. They do it and so do we.

Now we Americans and especially Mormons flatter ourselves into believing we are so just and righteous the we only do for the good of mankind. Those who believe that somehow drinking coffee is worses than genocide or the systematic killing of a people who had nothing to do with
9/11 really need to do some soul searching.

We plan on being there in Iraq indefinitely. All this poppycock about pulling out anytime in the near future is based on lies and deception. We are building around 14 permanent military bases (by Haliburton $$$$$) and an Embassy the size the new PHX Cardinal stadium.

I agree with your comment completely. I am curious which argument you were referring to, calling it “spurious” and “misleading”. Was it my own? or something mentioned in LDS Patriot’s comment?

Trying to make your stretch by saying the Muslims are a secret combination is ludicrous. That is like saying Geronimo and his band of Apaches were a secret combination because they marauded and hid in caves and in the mountains.

Here in the United States we have secret societies, just do your research. Joseph Smith warned of our government becoming corrupted and hanging by a thread. He warned of centralization of power in the executive. He warned of us being loaded with enormous debt and devaluation of the dollar. He never said Muslims would be the ones trying to take over our government.

Moroni warned us too. He told of the secret combinations who sought power to gain power and to murder and plunder and lie and commit whoredoms. This is exactly what is happening in our country from within. The whoredoms are a very telling sign of the secret societies, with their sexual ritual and druidic practices. Research Bohemian Grove and watch the movie “Eyes Wide Shut”, with Tom Cruise to see what I mean.

These secret combinations are the very wealthy who rule the world with blood and horror, with navies and armies and they seek to …overthrow the freedom of lands, nation and countries…(Ether 8:25)

Unfortunately we have some in our own church who have joined with these conspirators just as in the Book of Mormon time. Are we so pious and insulated to think that this could never happen. The promises of the Book of Mormon are only conditional and based on righteousness and not warmongering and seeking the treasures of the earth.

a) They employ murderers and/or assassinations as means to eliminate competition and instill fear
b) They desire the power wealth brings
c) They use insurrection as means to overthrow and destroy the political order; they want political power and are determined to obtain it at all costs and by any and all means
d) all secret combos make open war against the people and the established government, so they are opening warlike; this part of them is not secret, everyone knows what they are up to
e) they are always terrorist
f) they use guerilla warfare techniques
g) they are militant orders that intimate
h) they do not have uniforms
i) they like to hide in the mountains
j) the governments try to destroy them but the fail on many occasions as the secret combo blends in to the general populace, or scurries to the wilderness, or hides in mountain terrain in an attempt to survive
k) the wars they create are protracted
l) they recruit from the those who dissent stemming from alienation
m) they are rebellious in nature, and overtly so
n) they are experts of rhetoric, stirring up hate and gaining recruits
o) they flatter their followers and promise them power and authority
p) they are conspiratorially minded and they words, actions and methods are openly visible by the people & government they threaten,
q) they carry out politics of terror
r) they are self-righteous; they are the only “righteous” ones, everyone else is “evil”
s) the established righteous government was obliged to send search-and-destroy missions into the mountains and wilderness to pursue them, but failed to rout them from their base areas and sanctuaries; nevertheless, they tried will all their might to kill them
t) large training camps were built by secret combos for protection and training, but mainly used to launch attacks against the people and the government
u) some secret combos became large conventional armies, hence a major military threat
v) secret combos always threaten to “visit you with the sword and that destruction should come upon you”
w) secret combos can be genocidal….declaring “let fall the sword upon you even until you become extinct”
