When I feel that I have enough supplies to last a year (I'm getting there!) I'm not going to stop. I will feel more comfortable with a two or three year supply. Granted, such supplies are easier to acquire and maintain when you're a single person like myself, but the counsel is the same for all. What if one year supply is not enough?
