I think, however, that if there was a WWIII that the Middle East would be devistated. Not saying Europe and United States would be be untouched. However, the Middle East right now is so below the capabilities of the West, beyond numbers and fanaticism, that they would be bombed back into the Stone Age. It might even be prudent for a WWIII to start now so that the Middle East doesn't develop more damaging weapons. As a final note, perhaps we are closer to the end times that we want to accept.
