Russian President Vladimir Putin recently kissed a little boy on the stomach after lifting up his shirt.

Why did he do this, you may ask?

“I tell you honestly, I just wanted to touch him like a kitten and that desire of mine ended in that act.”

Sounds more like a pedophile than a president to me…
