I think this uses the older Sherlock format for search plugins. The search engine is going to <a href="http://ldssearch.com/~blog/2006/11/we-now-support-opensearch-format.html" rel="nofollow">officially support the OpenSearch format</a> which will allow it to be used with Firefox 2 and IE7. The OpenSearch format also allows us to do automatic search plugin discovery, and a few other things. Thanks for creating the LDSsearch.com plugin above.
