I came across the following article today by Mark Hudson, who is running for congress against Republican incumbent Rob Bishop. It is an excellent article, which summarizes and reiterates many of the items I’ve discussed in recent posts.

Please, please, please read it.

Secret Combinations: What Are They and Why Must We Know About Them?

One thing the article mentions that I hadn’t previously thought of is how the “plain and precious truths” missing in our Bible could very well also be the stories, accounts, and actions of secret combinations. Searching “secret combinations” yields no result in the Bible. This makes perfect sense. Of course Satan doesn’t want us to know that secret combinations exist. That is how they will flourish.

And behold, others [Satan] flattereth away, and telleth them there is no hell; and he saith unto them: I am no devil, for there is none—and thus he whispereth in their ears, until he grasps them with his awful chains, from whence there is no deliverance. (2 Nephi 28:22)
