		<description>having participated in process, I can tell you that the the covers already have rf blocking material included.  just shut the thing and it can&#039;t be read.  you should probably also read up on BAC.

yes there are some problems, but as far as I could tell they were due to the need to get something out instead of spending years hashing out the details rather than any malicious intent.

basically it is an easily read but difficult to forge travel document.  I&#039;m all for cryptographically signed travel documents.</description>
